Their goal: to pay for the entire wedding using travel credit cards that will earn them enough points to travel to Croatia. Win/Win…the daughter will have the wedding of her dreams next May, and her parents will have a bucket list vacation using the points they earned by utilizing the custom credit card plan Hello Sunny Skies designed for them.
The Plan.
They won’t spend additional dollars. They will only change the form of payment. They originally had intended to use their debit card or write checks to the wedding vendors. Eeeek! We cannot tell you how many clients don’t utilize a travel credit card. We absolutely love helping with this!
They will open two flexible travel cards referring to each other + 2 hotel credit cards again, referring to each other utilizing the 2-player mode. They have set up a payment schedule with the wedding vendors to hit their sign-on bonus points/minimum spending. Think of all the costs involved: flowers, music, reception venue, the church, catering, bar/cocktails, invitations, wedding dress, photographer, wedding cake, etc.
Our clients are so excited; therefore, we are too! After the stress of the wedding planning and execution, they will spend eight nights in Croatia with plans to visit: Hvar, Dubrovnik, Trogir & Cavtat using the credit card points they’ve earned.
