During our 1:1 Travel Hacking Coaching call, Our client shared her desire to take their family of six to Hawaii, Costa Rica, and Colorado within the next year. At each destination, she desires luxury accommodations. A hefty goal to do this all for free! So, instead…we mapped out the best way to maximize the points she already has, transfer points, combine points, as well as use the points she’ll earn with multiple credit card sign-up bonuses strategically mapped out for her and her husband over the next year.
The Savings.
She will be able to approximately pay for 75% of her hotel stays on points. And some of the flights on miles, saving thousands. For this family, the savings allow more vacations, more excursions, and more memories made with her family.

We also shared tips and tricks to maximize her points during our coaching call, which cards in her wallet to tuck away and which cards to cancel. Our goal here to keep her credit score high!
We also discussed status matching. Her current Diamond Hilton Status equals Marriott’s Platinum status. By status matching, she can stay at a Marriott property and enjoy Platinum status perks, like free room upgrades, breakfast, etc.
Lastly, we coached her on flexible travel using Marriott’s off-peak point rates. This way, her points will go further, and she’ll stay for free longer.
